هدف الوظيفة

ضمان استمرارية تشغيل خطوط الإنتاج والآلات بكفاءة عالية، وتقليل أزمنة التوقف الفجائية عبر إجراء الصيانة العلاجية والوقائية، وتطبيق مبادئ الصيانة الذاتية لمشغلي الآلات، وتوثيق كافة أنشطة الصيانة وقطع الغيار على نظام الشركة البرمجي.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

1. يصلح الأعطال الفجائية لتقليل زمن توقف خطوط الإنتاج.
2. يفحص الآلات بانتظام لتشخيص الأعطال المحتملة واكتشافها قبل حدوثها.
3. ينفذ خطط الصيانة الدورية لضمان استمرارية كفاءة الآلات والمعدات.
4. يحلل الأعطال التكرارية جذرياً لمنع تكرار أسبابها والقضاء على المشاكل التشغيلية من جذورها.
5. يدرب مشغلي الآلات على التشغيل وصيانتها الذاتية لرفع كفاءة الاستخدام وتقليل أخطاء التشغيل.
6. يشرف على الورش والموردين الخارجيين لضمان جودة الخدمات ومطابقة قطع الغيار للمواصفات الفنية.
7. يوثق بلاغات الصيانة وسجلات الأعطال على نظام الشركة لحفظ البيانات التشغيلية وتسهيل تتبع الأداء.
8. يحدد احتياجات قطع الغيار مع الإدارة لضمان توفر النواقص وتجنب توقف العمل بسبب نفاذ المخزون.

   متطلبات الوظيفة

1. بكالوريوس هندسة ميكاترونيكس
2. خبرة ميدانية من 2 إلى 5 سنوات (يفضل في قطاع الأغذية والألبان)
3. إتقان التشخيص السريع وتتبع الأعطال المتداخلة (Troubleshooting)
4. خبرة عملية في أنظمة الـ PLC، ومغيرات السرعة (Inverters)
5. إجادة صيانة الأنظمة النيوماتيكية والمكونات الميكانيكية للخطوط
6. القدرة على رفع المقاسات الهندسية والتعامل مع ورش الخراطة والتصنيع الخارجي
7. عقلية ميدانية تشغيلية (Hands-on Mindset)
8. الثبات الانفعالي وحسن التصرف تحت ضغط أعطال الإنتاج

Job Purpose

To ensure the continuous and highly efficient operation of production lines and machinery, minimize unexpected downtime through corrective and preventive maintenance, implement autonomous maintenance practices for machine operators, and document all maintenance activities and spare parts on the company's ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Repairs sudden breakdowns to minimize production line downtime.
2. Inspects machinery regularly to diagnose and detect potential failures before they occur.
3. Executes preventive maintenance plans to ensure continuous efficiency of machinery and equipment.
4. Conducts root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring breakdowns to eliminate operational issues at their source.
5. Trains machine operators on proper operation and autonomous maintenance to increase daily efficiency and reduce operator errors.
6. Supervises external workshops and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance of spare parts with technical specifications.
7. Documents maintenance logs and breakdown records on the company's system to maintain operational data and facilitate performance tracking.
8. Identifies spare part requirements with management to ensure stock availability and prevent downtime caused by stockouts.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
2. 2 to 5 years of hands-on field experience (preferably in the food and dairy sector).
3. Strong proficiency in rapid troubleshooting and diagnosing complex, interconnected failures.
4. Practical experience with PLC systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs / Inverters).
5. Expertise in maintaining pneumatic systems and mechanical line components.
6. Ability to take precise engineering measurements and manage external machining/fabrication workshops.
7. Operational, hands-on mindset.
8. Emotional composure and decisive action under the pressure of production breakdowns.
